Since we have a limited number of appointments available, we require a $45 deposit to hold your spot. But don’t worry, when you book your session, your consultation deposit is applied to the cost of your session fee! If you decide we’re not the right studio for you, the $45 will be refunded. Just notify us within 7 days after your consultation.

Yes. Consultations are required as they allow us to get a better understanding of what you are looking to get out of your session!

Choose what works best for you! Consultations are held via zoom, or in person at our studio. If you choose virtual, you will receive a link for your zoom after booking your consultation online. If you decide you like to come visit us at the studio, we’re located at 33 Prospect St, East Longmeadow, MA.

After your consultation appointment, we will give you instructions on how to schedule your session using our online booking system.

Our sessions start at $235, but we’ll go over all session options available to you at your consultation.

That being said, we tell our clients to be comfortable spending between $300-$500 with us. We offer a wide range of custom, high end products to make your portraits last a lifetime. You will be able to choose from loose prints, custom wall portraits, signature photo albums, and more!

Our locations include: Forest Park, Worthington Ponds, and Studio (Indoor/Outdoor). We are also open to traveling to a location of your choice upon request for an additional charge.

Sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes. We recommend families bring one outfit and seniors bring between 3-5! Please feel free to visit our style guides for ideas on what to wear the day of your session!

Everyone knows New England weather can be unpredictable! In the event of inclement weather, we will wait until the morning of your session to give you a call and let you know if it will need be rescheduled at no extra cost to you.

You can reschedule your consultation/session by using the link in the confirmation email that was sent when you booked your appointment. Session cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will be refunded. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will only be refunded 50% of the session fee.
